Ben has been working with renowned national and international clients, both agency side and as a consultant for many years. Probably, with co-workers and clients alike, he is best known for his ability to get to the core of any business challenge in a quick and efficient manner. Driven by a generalist, “no nonsense” approach, he aims at cutting out the noise that might distract from what matters for success.
A born Berliner and graduate from Cologne University in Business Administration, Ben has worked in strategic leadership roles across numerous geographies and industries with companies such as Mars Inc., Mercedes-Benz (China), Deutsche Bank (Ger), Vodafone (Ger), LIDL (international), UNICEF (Ger)
Myra is a senior Business Leader with a proven track record of helping to turn businesses back to growth across a wide range of industries and markets. Known for her energy and commitment, Myra is always driven to combine strategic insight with operational foresight. Eventually, to get things done smooth and effectively.
During times of significant change, Myra built teams and tools to improve ways of working across an FMCG company and their agency partners. She led a project to define the 10 levers for growth which brought a European retail business back to growth. At a major telecoms company she led the trans-formation of a local German network provider into a global brand following one of the biggest takeovers at that time.
Born Canadian, Myra graduated from Mount Allison and Queen’s University (Master of Business Administration). She is fluent in English, German and French.
